What is Brand Division and how does it differ from Muthafunk's usual services?

Brand Division emerges as a new option for hiring branding, creativity, and technology services in the form of a flat monthly and predictable rate. Muthafunk’s tariffed and one-time payment services focus on strategy, identity, and experience.

With Brand Division, you can access most of these services and additionally, brand activation services on a monthly basis. You can hire them to create your brand from scratch month by month or to monitor your current brand, ensuring you have the right and trustworthy team to take care of it as it deserves.

Does the hourly rate not decrease with a greater volume of hours contracted?

Yes, let us explain why.

When you contract a greater volume of monthly hours, you are accessing services that require more specialist profiles and would usually have a higher cost. Therefore, even though you are accessing higher-cost services, the hourly rate remains constant.

This way, you end up paying less than what it would cost individually.

Can I cancel or update the plan whenever I want?

Absolutely yes, as long as you do it with 7 days’ notice before the renewal.

Talk to us and we will suspend, pause, or update your plan according to your new needs.

What happens if I don't consume all the hours in a month?

Nothing happens!

If you don’t consume all the hours in a month, we will carry them over to the next month.

If after that month you still haven’t consumed all the hours, we will suggest reducing your contracted hours to a lower plan or give you ideas on actions you can take to boost your brand through our services.

What if I need more hours in a month?

No problem, you can request extra hours flexibly every month at the same hourly rate. We will send you an extra payment link to pay for those extra hours.

Do you also offer digital marketing services?

No, we are not a digital marketing agency.

Our services focus on brand, creativity, and technology. However, we are the perfect link for these types of teams who often need a creative team to shape ads, emails, content, etc.

Can I start the service immediately

In most cases, we can start the service within 48/72 hours, during which we will take care of the onboarding process with you so that you understand how our entire system will work.

In some cases, depending on our planning and availability, the start of the service may be extended up to 3 weeks.
